Aerial Arts 101
These are aerial arts lessons curated to match the needs of the those attending, & designed to have more focus on each individual student. We will learn proper technique for mounts/dismounts, static and dynamic movements, and conditioning for strength and flexibility for a well-rounded aerial training experience. Class is 1 hour and consists of a warm-up followed by 3 - 4 techniques and sequences. At the end of of the lesson we allow time for review, cool-down, and photos.

All levels welcome, ages 8+
Circus Arts 101
This is a class designed to give students a well-rounded approach to learning circus skills while getting a fun workout!
Class is divided into two segments:
1st segment: Warm-ups, movement work, and physical expression
2nd segment: Dedicated skill work
Skill options include: hula-hoop, stilt-walking, juggling, clowning, spinning plates, flexibility/contortion, handstands, poi, staff, levi-wand, diabolo, and devil sticks.

Recess 4 Success
Feels like classic recess for adults! Take a unique approach to fitness using body-weight training and techniques to target all muscle groups in the body while using the surrounding environment to create fun challenges and games within the workout. Sessions consist of a small warm up and evolve into a mix of activities which challenge cardio, strength, and flexibility. Expect to run, jump, swing, climb and PLAY! Parkour elements are used, and difficulty is adjusted to suit the needs of the students.
