Studio Policy Agreement

PhysioMorph Fitness Arts Studio Policy and Agreement:

1.) WAIVERS - All students are required to sign a PhysioMorph Fitness Arts waiver in-person before taking classes at the studio.
New students must arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to allow time for waivers.

2.) LATE ARRIVAL - Students are expected to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class to allow time for pre-class activities. students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to class will not be permitted to attend and will not be issued a refund.

3.) CANCELLATION - If students need to cancel a class, they must do so at least 12 hours before class start time to reschedule without losing a class credit. If students cancel during the 12-hour window before class, they will lose that class credit. To cancel a class, please send us an email or text with subject line “CANCEL” and include the time and type of class you are canceling in the body of the email. (ex: CANCEL - Circus Arts 1, 11:00am)

4.) PAYMENT - Payment for classes and services must be made in advance to attending classes. Cash payments may be made same-day.

5.) REFUNDS - We do not issue refunds for classes. If you would like to schedule another time for a class under specific circumstances please send us an email with your concerns.

6.) TEACHING - NO peer-teaching. Students must follow all directions given to them by the class teacher to maintain safety in the space.

7.) JEWELRY & CLOTHING - Jewelry and other forms of similar accessories are not permitted during active physical classes. Please wear suitable activewear for the class you’re attending. Aerial students should wear clothing that protects their midriff and legs while in the air. Additional info is found in the description of the specific class sign-up.

8.) PHYSICAL GUIDANCE - In certain circumstances due to safety or instruction, teachers may need to come in contact with a student to assist in learning. Spotting in aerial arts is a technique used to prevent injury while learning new skills. By attending classes and agreeing to these policies, students consent to this practice.

9.) HYGIENE - We kindly ask students to come to class in a neutral physical state. No perfumes or strong scents. Clean physique and hands, please. Our equipment is shared, but cleaned regularly.

10.) SPECTATORS - Guardians of attendees/students under the age of 18 are welcome to spectate their child. Other spectators are welcome to accompany an attendee/student with approval from the instructor. Any interference of class instruction from spectators is not tolerated and they will be asked to leave, and/or the student with the attending spectator will be asked to leave and forfeit their class time.
